Advance training in historic buildings restoration, construction project management, estimating customer relations, marketing, Knowledgeable in Planning, Building, and safety, full working knowledge of Windows operating system, National Estimator and related software, AutoCAD, landscape design. 30+ years in the field of carpentry, building maintenance and construction management, specialty restoration.
